Notes	* This tour cannot guarantee that you will see a whale. * If you are planning to join our tour on the day of your return flight from Okinawa, you may join the morning slot as long as your plane departs Naha Airport after 2:00pm. For the afternoon slot: you may participate on the day you arrive in Okinawa, as long as your plane arrives at Naha Airport before 10:30am; or, if you are departing Okinawa, as long as your plane departs from Naha Airport after 7:00pm. * This tour may be cancelled in accordance with poor weather or ocean conditions. * Please participate wearing warm and waterproof clothing. * You may feel colder on deck than you do on shore, so we recommend that you bring a jacket or coat for the boat ride. * Our cruiser is large, so it will not rock much; however, we still ask that you do not wear any shoes with high heels, or any other shoes that are unstable. [Whale Sighting Criteria] * Please note that if at least 1 person observes a whale's blow, whale, or a dolphin, you will not receive a refund covered by our ""no sighting"" rule. * Free pick-up and drop off is available for all passengers staying in hotels in Naha. * Passengers not staying in Naha, please assemble at the meeting location, Miegusuku Port, by your own means. * Car parking is JPY 500. (Separate fee - pay in cash on location) * We do not sell medicine for seasickness. If you are concerned about becoming seasick, we suggest you buy and consume medicine beforehand. * Anyone who is pregnant are not allowed on board. * Children under 3 years old may not be allowed on board, based on ocean conditions. * On the day of the tour, the staff will only be able to communicate in Japanese. You will receive written notes in your preferred language.

Set Time	Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time!* Those who wish to be picked up: we will send a message to your registered email address the day beforehand with instructions.
Meeting Point	Miegusuku Port (3-chome, Nishi, Naha-shi, Okinawa; Parking lot costs JPY 500) Pick-up from Naha is free, as is drop off!
Cancellation policy	No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made no later than 5:00pm on the day prior to departure. The fee for cancellations made any later than that is 100% of the fare.
