Please note that if you fail to confirm, we cannot take responsibility for it. <<Notification of Cancellation>> We do not notify about cancellations. By 12:00 on the day of the cruise, we will post the operational status on the official Website, so we kindly ask you to check it yourself. In the event of sudden weather changes, we will update the information on the website accordingly. However, please be aware that if you have already arrived at the pier, we cannot reimburse you for transportation expenses, etc. In case the cruise is canceled due to severe weather conditions, a full refund will be provided. If you wish to reschedule for another date, please make a new reservation through the website. If the cruise operates as scheduled and you choose not to attend, we cannot provide a refund. <<Meeting Location>> The ship departs promptly at the scheduled time, and we cannot wait for late arrivals. Please note that it may be difficult to locate the pier when events are being held at the Red Brick Warehouse. Even if you are unable to arrive on time due to transportation or traffic restrictions, we cannot wait for you. In such cases, we cannot offer any refund. We do not provide event information or guidance on traffic restrictions, so please gather the necessary information on your own. <<Other Notes>> * Boarding will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis after check-in. Once the ship arrives at the pier, check-in will commence, and it may start earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. * The vessel used for the cruise may be subject to change. Please understand that the cruise end time may be delayed depending on the operational conditions. * Please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks. * You cannot bring pets, animals. * We won't issue your receipt. * Please note that, sometimes medias --TV shows/magazines will join the cruise together for interview and photographing. * When you arrive lately, even if it's because of the traffic condition, you cannot get any refund.

Cancellation policy	If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following fees will be charged for this plan. From after the application to 4 days prior: 1,000 yen per person. From 3 days to 2 days prior: 50% of the cruise fee per person. From the day before to the day of: 100% of the cruise fee per person. For date changes, we can accept them only once if we receive the request by email before 17:00 on the previous business day (Friday) of one week prior.Please contact us by email for date changes. Please note that for the second time onwards, it will be treated as a cancellation, and separate cancellation fees will apply. If you choose to cancel your reservation by email instead of using the system cancellation, please note that the response will be provided on the next business day (weekdays).
