| Notes | Age limit: older than 7yrs *Age 7 - 12 has to be accompanied with parents. ・We basically operate tours when it rains, but when we have to cancel tours due to inevitable reasons, we will inform you by phone or email as soon as possible. ・If we decide to cancel your tour for some reasons (such as typhoon, extreme rise of a river due to heavy rain etc), we refund 100% of tour fee or change your tour date. ・We may have to cancel your tour on the day due to weather conditions. In this event we do not reimburse you for your travel expenses even if you are already at the meeting point. ・We have right to refuse alcohol induced customers to our rafting tour for safety reasons. ・Please come to the meeting point on time. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to join the tour. |
