Board the boat after registration, depending on the season you will receive a complimentary ice cream or drink. 　You will also receive a dolphin postcard present. 2. Depart from Amakusa Itsuwamachi Futae! 3. Finally meet the dolphins! 　Seeing the huge superpod of dolphins swimming in the clear blue ocean will make your day a 10 out of 10. ! 　Enjoy dolphin watching. 4. Notes	※You will be required to wear a lifejacket when on the boat. ※ Children under 12 will need to be accompanied with a parent or guardian. ※ In the summertime you will need to protect yourself against UV rays (sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, etc) In winter please come with ( a thick jacket, scarf, and a wooly hat, etc) ※ Customers are free to bring cameras and camcorders, etc. (make sure to have it secured around your neck) ※If you are concerned about seasickness, we recommend that you take motion sickness medicine before coming/ ※ Please refrain from wearing high heels or easy slip shoes. ※ Please refrain from drinking alcohol or smoking on the boat. ※ Passengers under the influence of alcohol should not attempt to board the boat. ※ The tour may be cancelled at any time should the sea conditions seem to unsafe (high waves, strong winds, heavy fog or heavy rains). ※ Due to the weather, young children, elderly or pregnant women may not be permitted to join the tour. ( pregnant passengers are advised to inform a member of staff at the time of registration. ※ We have a limited amount of adult rain gear available for free if needed. Please bring childrens rain gear if needed. ※ Cancellations just before the tour (1 hour before) will incur a cancellation charge. ※This tour is expected to last one hour but depending on the weather and the location of the dolphins, times may vary. ※ We have a 99% success rate of seeing the dolphins, but as these are wild creatures, so there is a rare chance that you will not be able to see them. (If that happens, you can come again for free.) ※ We recommend wearing trainers or other shoes that are comfortable to walk in whilst on the boat. ※ On the day assistance will be made in Japanese and easy English.

Cancellation policy	Cancellations made up to 1 hour before the tour start time will incur a charge of 50% of the tour price. After the above time or without any contact, the cancellation fee will be 100%.
