Details	【Duration】About 3 hours ※If using pick-up service from the Utoro area, duration would be about 4 hours (pick-up time would be 40 min before the starting time) 【Opening ～May 9 (Protection time for vegetation)】・Lake 5th → Lake 4th → Lake 3rd → Lake 2nd → Lake 1st → Elevated wooden path → Parking lot ※Possible schedule due to the snow fall: Lake 2nd → Lake 1st → Elevated wooden path → Parking lot 【May 10 ～ July 31 (Active Period of Brown Bear)】・Guided tour with the qualified guide who has qualification on dealing with brown bear. ・The time period for the walk is determined as 3 hours. ・Lake 5th → Lake 4th → Lake 3rd → Lake 2nd → Lake 1st → Elevated wooden path → Parking lot 【August 1 ～October 20 (Protection time for vegetation)】 Same schedule as 【Opening ～May 9】 ※During either period, the promenade might be closed due to the appearance of brown bear. For that case, we would take you to the different place.
Notes	・Conducted even with weak rain. ・In case of rainy weather, rental service of boots（free）and　rain coat（500Yen）. ・Only available to those aged 6 or over.
What to bring	Comfortable clothes and shoes, drinks (sugarless water or tea) ※You cannot bring any food since the place is habitat for brown bear.

Meeting Point	Shiretoko Goko Lakes Field House ※Pick-up service from Utoro area is available as well
Cancellation policy	If the customer cancels their booking due to their own circumstances, they will be charged a cancellation fee. 6-2 days before the tour: 20% of tour fee ｜ A day before: 50% ｜ On the tour date, or with no contact: 100%
