Notes	Participation Requirements: 6 years old (elementary school students) and above. After confirming your reservation, we will send you a "reservation confirmation email" from our company. Please be sure to check your email as there may be cases where we cannot accept your reservation. Also, there may be cases where the email address you entered does not receive our email. If you have not heard from us after 2 days, please contact us. Even those who cannot swim or are participating for the first time are welcome (most of the participants are inexperienced). Helmets and life jackets are worn, so you can rest assured even if you cannot swim! For various outdoor sports held in a natural environment, please be sure to follow the tour guide's instructions and guidance. Even if it rains, there is no problem with implementation, but there may be cases where it is canceled due to safety reasons such as extreme increases or decreases in water levels. In case of damage or loss of rental equipment due to the customer's intentional actions, compensation may be required. Participation is strictly prohibited for pregnant women, those under the influence of alcohol or suffering from a hangover. All participants are required to sign a consent form and pledge. Those under 18 years of age require a guardian's signature. The guardian must also be present. A CD-R of photos taken during the activity can be purchased separately for 2,200 yen (tax included and shipping included). Please note that it may take some time for shipping. Regarding clothing: [Spring and Autumn] Clothing that can get wet (such as jogging pants, fleece, and warm clothing) Materials that become stiff when wet, such as denim jeans, are not allowed. [Summer] Clothing that can get wet, such as T-shirts, shorts, and swimsuits (Swimsuits should be worn with a T-shirt or similar garment over it) A complete change of clothes (including underwear) Towel For those wearing glasses, a glasses strap The use of contact lenses is left to the individual's discretion, but we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. *Mobile phones, cameras, GoPros, valuables, watches, etc. cannot be brought on the tour.

Cancellation policy	If you cancel your participation due to your own judgment or circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply: Same-day cancellation: Full experience fee Previous day cancellation: 70% of the experience fee Cancellation 2-5 days before: 50% of the experience fee In case of cancellation without notice, the full amount will be charged. If you are unable to join the tour due to traffic congestion or other reasons and arrive late for the meeting time, cancellation fees will apply. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time on the day of your reservation.
