*There is a chance that the cuisine content will differ. Please be aware of this beforehand.
Notes *There might be cases where the schedule will either deviate or be canceled due to weather and sea conditions. Please confirm beforehand prior to setting off.
*All the seats at the 2F Restaurant floor and the 3F Open Deck are non-smoking. Please be aware beforehand. (The smoking is located at the 1F Deck.)
*You will have to pay for additional drinks ordered in the ship. Credit card usage is also possible.
*For customers arriving in cars, please use the paid parking lot near the waiting area. (The first hour: 210 JPY Every hour after that: 110 JPY)

*Operation of the cruise will cease in the following cases:
a. When the captain of the ship decides that safe operation is difficult due to adverse weather (typhoons included) or strong winds.
b. When the customer does not fulfill prior conditions such as gender, age and other requiremetns for ship operation.
c. When the customer admits that they cannot endure the ship operation any longer due to their sickness and other reasons.
d. When a customer causes trouble to either other customers or the crew members, and when it is decided that they will be in the way of a smooth ship operation.
e. When the safe and smooth operation of the ship has become impossible or is very likely to become impossible due to a natural disaster (Include typhoons, etc.), an order of a public agency or any other cause not involving our company.
*You will be supported in either English or Japanese at the day of the event.

Cancellation policy In the event that the customer cancels their booking, they will incur a cancellation fee based on the following table.

1) Until the day prior to the boarding date ... 50%
2) At the day of boarding ... 100%
