Notes	Eligibility Participants must be between 3 and 75 years old and in good health. (Parental consent is required for all participants under the age of 18) For Participants Aged 60 and Over If you are 60 years or older, you must complete the medical check sheet available on the Pink Marlin Club website. A signature from the doctor is required if indicated by the check sheet. *Participation will be denied without the completed form. Important Information Our dives are conducted by boat, but please be aware that changes or cancellations of dive sites may occur depending on sea conditions.

Cancellation policy	Pink Marlin Club Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply according to the following policy, starting from the day before your scheduled reservation. 2 Days Prior to reservation - No charge 1 Day Prior to reservation - 20 percent of the total amount On the Day of reservation or No Show (No Contact) - 100 percent of the total amount Cancellation Charges Apply To, Cancellations due to personal reasons such as illness or delays of more than 20 minutes. Cancellation charges do not apply in cases of natural disasters, including typhoons or severe weather, or unavoidable situations like public transportation delays or reductions. *Please note that cancellations due to changes in dive sites will also incur cancellation charges.
