Cancellation policy	Regarding cancellation fees (charged against the tour price from the day before the tour) ■Cancellation 10 to 8 days in advance: 20% of the regular tour fee ■Cancellation 7 to 2 days in advance: 30% of the regular tour fee ■Cancellation on the previous day: 40% of the regular tour fee ■Cancellation on the day: 50% of the regular tour fee ■Cancellation after the tour has started or no participation without contact: 100% of the regular tour fee For cancellations and notifications (email, etc.) outside business hours, cancellation fees will apply from the next business day onwards.
