Notes	We accept reservations from 3 months beforehand. Please note that the course may be changed, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, tide levels, operating hours of water gates, river construction, river events, etc., on the day of operation. Outside food and beverages, except for water bottles, are not allowed. Alcohol and soft drinks are available for purchase on board. Please understand that seating may be shared with other passengers when crowded (seating arrangements will be made by the crew). Smoking is prohibited inside on board. The student fare applies to junior high school students, high school students, college students, and vocational school students. Please bring your student ID. *For each adult, a separate fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) is required for each child below elementary school age.

Cancellation policy	10-7 days prior to the boarding date: 10% of the boarding fee 6-3 days prior to the boarding date: 20% of the boarding fee 2-1 days prior to the boarding date: 50% of the boarding fee On the day of boarding: 100% of the boarding fee Cancellation requests are accepted only by phone. For cancellation requests made outside of our business hours (via email, etc.), the cancellation fee will be applied from the next business day. Please understand in advance.
