Notes	Operations will be suspended during rainy weather. There might be cases where there will be course deviations, extensions, as well as changing into substitute vessels. This is based on the conditions of the weather, the sea, the tide level, the traffic of the flood gate, river maintenances and events. * We ask that you please have your musical instruments in a size that can be hand-carried and board the ship. * This is a different boarding point from the ""Tonbori River Cruise (Tazaemonbashi Docks)"". Please be careful. * The student fare is only applicable to Jr. high school, high school, university, other tertiary institute students. please bring your student ID and your passport. * If the '1 child per 1 adult' limit is exceeded they will be charged the normal child fare of 500 JPY (tax included).

Cancellation policy	10-7 days prior to the boarding date: 10% of the boarding fee 6-3 days prior to the boarding date: 20% of the boarding fee 2-1 days prior to the boarding date: 50% of the boarding fee On the day of boarding: 100% of the boarding fee Cancellation requests are accepted only by phone. For cancellation requests made outside of our business hours (via email, etc.), the cancellation fee will be applied from the next business day. Please understand in advance.
