Notes	Please read the following instructions carefully before making your reservation. Please make your reservation based on the departure date. All seats are reserved. Members of the same group will be seated together or nearby. The bus does not have onboard toilets. Breaks will be scheduled approximately every 2 hours for 15–30 minutes (except in cases where delays are expected due to uncontrollable circumstances). Arrival and departure times at the destination may change depending on road and weather conditions. In cases of significant delays caused by weather or road conditions, refunds for transportation or accommodations (e.g., taxis or hotels) will not be provided. Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or theft. Each passenger is allowed one set of skis or a snowboard and one piece of luggage free of charge. Additional luggage should be sent in advance via courier service. Snowboards must have bindings removed and be stored in a cover. The bus company and our company are not responsible for any damage to luggage stored in the bus trunk. Please ensure items are properly protected in advance. Please arrive at the meeting point on time. If you do not arrive by the specified time, the bus will depart as scheduled, and your reservation will be considered forfeited. Accommodation vouchers, lift tickets, rental discount coupons, and return bus tickets will all be distributed at the departure location. Stops for boarding or alighting without prior reservations will be skipped and not included in the route. In the event of a snow shortage, the final decision to operate the tour will be made two days prior to departure. The tour will proceed as long as at least one ski course is open and one lift is operational. Should all courses be closed, the tour will be canceled, and the full travel cost will be refunded. Please note that the ski course you wish to use at your chosen ski resort may be closed due to insufficient snowfall. In such cases, cancellations or changes will incur the applicable cancellation or change fees as specified in the policy. We kindly ask for your understanding before making a reservation. *Tour dates without reservations at least 14 days before departure may be canceled without prior notice. Cancellation policy	Regarding cancellations due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply: Starting from the day before departure: 20–8 days prior to departure: 20% of the total price 7–2 days prior to departure: 30% of the total price The day before departure: 40% of the total price On the day of departure/After departure: 100% of the total price (For morning departure day-trip plans, no cancellation fees will be charged if canceled at least 11 days in advance.) Note: For cancellations outside business hours, cancellation fees will apply as per the following business day.
