Notes	* Please inquire to us via phone in the event that the tour date is within 8 days. * Passenger capacity up to 40 people * The minimum headcount of participants in this tour is 10 people. if you unable to meet the required number of people please contact 4 days before your departure. * Children under the age of 2 will not have their own seats on board the amphibious bus. They must sit on the lap of an adult for the duration of the trip. * Charter services are also available. Please feel free to inquire. * The amphibious bus has open windows. In the case of rain please prepare a raincoat. (Will operate rain or shine) * When boarding, you must do so via the buses trap ladder. (The staff will assist boarding passengers as much as possible; however, we ask those unsure about their ability to board to speak with us beforehand via phone.) * On the day of departure please make your way tot the reception counter 15 minutes before departure. Reception opens 30 minutes before departure. * This course may change or be suspended based on the judgment of the operating company, such as high water levels or heavy traffic. * This bus does not have air conditioning. * Please note as the bus has no trunk luggage cannot be brought on board. Please use the coin lockers that can be found nearby. * Though the bus will have lap blankets and bench coats for use during the winter season, please participate with warm clothes. * There is no bathroom on board, so please take care of any needs before departure. * Please do not bring food or drink onto the bus. * No smoking on the bus. * In cases of consecutive day offs, please be aware that you may be contacted by the operating company. * This course may change or be suspended based on the standards of the operating company, such as high water levels or heavy traffic. * Children under 13 are required to wear a life jacket. * Due do being dangerous, the use of selfie-sticks are prohibited on board. * For safely measures, intoxicated passengers will not be allowed on board. * Regardless of whether kept in cages or not, pets are not allowed on board. Service and assistance dogs are allowed on board but please notify us in advance. * If a customer cancels a tour due to their own circumstances, a cancellation fee will incur. * Booking changes will incur a fee of 200 JPY per change per person.

Cancellation policy	-Once a reservation is made the following cancellation fee will apply: 10-8 days prior to the tour day:20% of fee 7-2 days prior to the tour day:30% of fee 1 day prior to the tour day:40% of fee On the day *before tour start:50% of fee After departure time/No show:100% of fee -If you change your reservation within 10 days of departure, 200Yen per person will be charged.
