Cancellation policy	For customers wishing to cancel or change bookings, a fee will be charged as follows. Cancellation by 5pm, one business day prior to departure date: Free of charge Cancellation after 5pm, one business day prior to departure date, no-show: 100% of the price ※ Cancellations are only accepted via email. ※ If you contact us via email outside of business hours, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the next business day.
