| Notes | ●Guests staying at accommodations other than the designated hotels can still join the tour, but please arrange your own transportation to the pick-up hotels. ●The tour will depart promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving late will be considered as having missed the bus. ●Lunch is not included. Please arrange and cover your own lunch expenses at Miyako no Eki (Island Station). ●It is recommended to bring beach sandals for Sunayama Beach. ●Smoking is prohibited in the bus, and there are no restroom facilities onboard. ●Seat assignments will be pre-arranged by our company. ●The itinerary is subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, or temporary closures of facilities. ●Operating hours of tourist attractions may also change. ●In case of cancellation due to weather or other reasons, we will notify you by 6:00 PM the day before. ●A tour guide will accompany you. ●If you wish to disembark in Hirara City, you can do so at Hotel Atoll Emerald. ●The tour may operate with buses other than the wrapped bus. Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used. ●Notification of cancellation due to insufficient minimum number of participants will be made up to 7 days before the tour date. ●Please note that if the number of participants is odd, you may be seated with other guests. |
