[CAUTION] * At the day of boarding, reception will begin at the boarding area 50 minutes before the time of embarkation. Please settle all boarding procedures 20 minutes before we embark at the latest. After that, we will guide you, in order of those who completed their procedures first, to the interior of the ship 10 minutes before we depart. Customers who still have not completed any and all procedures at that point may not be able to board, so we ask that you please bear that in mind.
* Lavatory amenities will be a simple bathroom at the end of the ship interior. We must ask that you please stop by other facilities, such as toilets within the Subway, beforehand.
* Though this is a sea vessel without a roof, operation will continue as planned even in the case of small rains. Please prepare rain-coats and other such rain gear in the event of a rainy weather forecast. Furthermore, should the course be changed or the very operation canceled due to extreme weather, we will notify your representative at the day prior (in the case of sudden weather changes the notification will be at the appointed day instead).
*The temperature at water level may feel lower than at land level, so we advise you to bring a coat or jacket.
*The boat will travel steadily in order to reduce wave motion during the cruise (Passengers may experience slight swaying on the Sumidagawa course)
*We accept no responsibility if any luggage, personal belongings or pets, etc fall into the river or for their loss, damage or theft.) You are responsible for your own personal safety during the duration of the cruise.
