In case of rain - Tours will proceed if safety can be ensured, even in rainy weather.
Cancellation due to weather, waves, or wind - Tours may be canceled depending on conditions.
Cancellation due to poor weather or equipment issues - If a tour is canceled due to weather or equipment failure.
*We regret that we cannot cover transportation or other related expenses in the event of a cancellation.
Our team carefully monitors weather, waves, wind, and other natural conditions to ensure the safety of all participants. If a tour must be canceled, we will contact customers by phone in order. For cancellations due to large typhoons or severe weather, we will notify customers by phone or email as soon as possible.
