①10:00 - 10:15 Video introduction about miso making process ( about 15 minutes )
②10:15 - 10:35 Visit to the miso warehouse ( about 20 minutes )
③10:35 - 11:30 Miso tasting + Instant miso soup making ( about 55 minutes )
④11:30 - 11:50 Light meal ( option )
⑤11:50 - 12:00 Free time ( about 10 minutes )
