There is no child fare or discount available.
If weather is exceptionally bad (pouring rain, thunder, lightning), the seas are too rough, or there is a typhoon approaching the tour will be cancelled. In general, we will contact you before 8PM on the day before the tour. If the weather forecast turns out to be inaccurate and weather conditions are bad, there are cases when the tour will be cancelled on the day.
*As there are no coin lockers at the site of the tour, we ask that you please leave your valuables in your rental vehichle and keep track of them of your own accord. We advise that you only bring cash to pay for the tour, leaving the rest at your accomodations. Please be weary of valuables being stolen from your vehichle while it is unattended.
We are only able to accomodate booking enquiries and tours in Japanese or English.

We take reservations on a first come first serve basis from 9AM to 3PM. Although it depends on number of staff at hand on the day, please leave a request if you have a requested time.

  • On parking spaces
    If you intend to come to the meeting point in your rental vehichle, please be weary of valuables being stolen while unattended.
  • Will the activities still be held on rainy days?
    if the rain is very light, the activities will still be held.
  • Can we push eachother off the banana boats?
    As we make safety a top priority, we will not operate the vehichles recklessly or engage in dangerous behaviours.
    We reserve the right to stop the tour/activities if participants are not obeying the instructors.
