Drive down the Hanshin Expressway Bayshore Line and get off at exit 5-03, 湾岸舞洲 (wangan maishima) to reach Maishima. Continue going straight across Konohana Bridge and turn right at the first traffic light. When you reach the end of the road, turn right; and then at the next end of the road, turn left. After that, travel on the seaside road and turn left at the end. Finally, just continue along the road until you reach your destination.

[Via public highway]
Please head about 4 km west from the Baika intersection on National Route 43 (the intersection of National Route 43 and Hokko Dori). Go straight across Konohana Bridge and turn right at the first traffic light. When you reach the end of the road, turn right; and then at the next end of the road, turn left. After that, travel on the seaside road and turn left at the end. Finally, just continue along the road until you reach your destination.

※ In the helicopter, eating and smoking are prohibited. We also do not allow any outside food or drinks, so please understand.
※ Photography is allowed inside the helicopter, but the use of flash is not permitted as it may interfere with the pilot's operation.
※ Reservations for sightseeing flights (excluding Christmas) are accepted from one month before the desired date.
※ The night view becomes pitch dark after sunset, approximately 20-30 minutes later. From April to August, due to late sunsets, there is no time for night views.
※ In our sightseeing flights, to ensure customers enjoy the flight fully, only "valuables such as cameras, mobile phones, wallets, etc." are allowed to be brought on board. Please store any other items in the provided lockers.
※ The bringing of dangerous goods into the aircraft is strictly restricted by law. Additionally, passengers are required to undergo baggage inspection using a metal detector before boarding. Your cooperation is appreciated.
※ Procedures such as reservation confirmation and cancellation on the day of the flight are handled over the phone.
※ The minimum age requirement is 3 years old.
※ Helicopter flights operate in 10-minute intervals, so the exact departure time will be communicated later.
※ Helicopters experience minimal turbulence, so even those who are afraid of heights can ride comfortably.
※ Third-party passenger comprehensive insurance is provided for this flight.
※ Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
※ The standard helicopter used is the R44 (seating: 3), but the AS350 (seating: 5) may be used depending on circumstances.

※ When using the AS350, the speed is faster, so the flight time may be slightly reduced despite having the same course.
※ Lap seating is allowed for children up to 2 years old, limited to one passenger. From 3 years old, one seat is required per passenger.

※ Boarding after consuming alcohol is not allowed.
※ Baggage is stored in lockers before the flight. Only valuables and cameras are allowed to be brought on board.

[Regarding suspension of service due to weather conditions]
In cases of only rain, the flight will continue to operate, so long as the rain is not heavy enough to interfere with piloting.
However, in cases of strong winds, such as those caused by typhoons, or on snowy days where the pilot's field of vision is obstructed, service will be suspended.
If we determine that, due to the circumstances, service must be suspended, you will be contacted the day before the tour by the organizing company. You will then be given the option to move your booking to the next day, or ask for a refund.
* Tours canceled by the customer on rainy days will incur cancellation fees.
* In cases of cancellation, you will not be refunded the transport fees necessary to reach your current location, even if you came specifically for this tour.
