“TABI PLUS ONE” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a domestic optional tour search/booking website being planned/operated by Online Travel Corp. It provides a means of searching for a domestic optional tour commodity and inquiring/booking/rebooking/canceling with regard to the organizing company. The Site is available free of charge. Users shall be deemed to have consented to the content of these Terms and Conditions upon their use of the Site.
■Information Provided by the Site
Users shall use and browse the Site on their own responsibility, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, newness, and non-infringement on third-party rights, etc. of the contents of optional tour commodity information and other related information. Optional tour commodity information provided by the Site is information provided directly by the organizing company. Each organizing company shall be responsible for the accuracy and newness, etc. of the contents in relation to optional tour commodity information, and the Company provides no guarantee in that respect.
■Treatment of Link
In case of links from the Site to other sites, the Company does not manage/supervise the contents of linked sites. Even if any damage or detrimental effect is suffered by users due to the contents of linked sites, the Company will assume no liability in that respect.
