Important notices

**** Clothing ****
(April-June/ September-November and low temperature days in July and August)
You will wear the dry suit on top of your clothes. Please wear long-sleeves, long pants and easy to move clothes.
(July-August hot days)
You can wear either swimwear or underwear under the wet suit. Do not to forget to bring a change of clothes.

- The tour will operate if it rains.
- Tour time is subject to change due to number of participants, weather, river conditions.
- Intoxicated participants won't be accepted.
- No smoking during the tour. If you break or damage any equipment by smoking, you will responsible for the repair cost.
- For your safety, you cannot bring anything on the boat. Please leave camera, towel, or any other valuables in the locker or front desk.
- If there is a possibility you will arrive late, please notify us as soon as you can. If you arrive late, you cannot join the tour and you need to pay cancellation fee.
- If 1 the below weather conditions are meet we will cancel the tour and notify you promptly.
[1] If the forecast says it will rain heavily (over 50mm/hour) in the Tokachi Area.
[2] If the current flow rate is over 150tons/second.
