*Please refrain from joining if you are pregnant. (Our company's ship will be operated in high speeds. There is a possibility that the vibration of the boat will impart harmful effects on the womb.)
*There may be cases where the tour organizer will cancel the event on the appointed day due to inclement weather. For this reason, please contact us via phone the morning of departure. You will not be charged any cancellation fees if the event is canceled.
*Due to weather and sea conditions, slight deviations may occur either in the duration of the event or the time of arrival.
*There might be cases where we will refuse the participation of small children and the elderly.
*Should a customer wish to cancel their reservations, they will incur the following cancellation fees.
*We are currently endeavoring to reduce waste and stop sea contamination in the name of environmental preservation and we ask that customers cooperate.
1.When showering, please refrain from the use of shampoo, soap, etc.
2.Please do not bring food or drink in the island.
(Garbage waste will be brought back home by the staff after the tour ends. Please cooperate in reducing waste.)
*Threatened species of sea birds such as the Roseate Tern are being preserved in the island. Please refrain from entering the sea bird preservation areas. Bringing pets are prohibited. Please refrain from bringing sharp objects in the ship such as harpoons and spears.
*Please maintain a careful watch over your children"s health (heat strokes, etc).
*Our company will not take responsibility should there be any thefts or losses inside the ship or in the island.
