***Important Points***
After making a reservation, we will send you a "Boarding Exchange Voucher" by email approximately 2 weeks before your travel date. Please bring it on the day of departure and exchange it for a seat assignment ticket at the boarding area at least 10 minutes before the departure time.

If you are unable to present the "Boarding Exchange Voucher" in printed form or on a mobile screen, please note that you will need to repurchase a ticket at the boarding area on the day of departure.

【Precautions for Boarding the Hojyugawa River Boat Ride】
Those who are under 80cm in height cannot board the boat.
Those who cannot properly wear a life jacket cannot board the boat.
Those who are not feeling well cannot board the boat.
For individuals with disabilities, one caregiver is required for each Type 1 disabled person or each disabled person under the age of 12. (Guide dogs are allowed on board.)
For individuals using wheelchairs, if possible to use the seats, a caregiver is required. (Boarding with the wheelchair itself is not allowed.)
*During the Hozu River Boat Tour, there is a possibility of getting wet, and experiencing the splashes of water is part of the charm of the tour. Although the boat has splash guards, they may not provide 100% protection depending on the water level of the river. If you prefer not to get wet, we recommend bringing a raincoat.
*If the Torokko train is not in operation, the tour will also be suspended.
*In the event of river conditions causing the cancellation of the Hozu River Boat Tour at the start of the tour, the tour will be modified accordingly.
*Please note that there may be delays or changes in the itinerary due to road conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
