* Children under the age of 2 may participate, but will not have their own seats onboard the amphibious bus. They must sit on the lap of an adult for the duration of the trip.
* Charter services are also available. Please feel free to inquire.
* The amphibious bus has open windows. In case of rain, please wear appropriate attire. (Will operate rain or shine)
* When boarding, you must do so via the buses trap ladder. (The staff will assist boarding passengers as much as possible; however, we ask those unsure about their ability to board to speak with us beforehand via phone.)
* Though the bus will have lap blankets for use during the winter season, please participate with warm clothes.
* Please do not bring food or drink onto the bus.
* No smoking on the bus.
* In cases of consecutive day offs, please be aware that you may be contacted by the operating company.
* This course may change or be suspended based on the standards of the operating company, such as high water levels or heavy traffic.
* Children under 13 are required to wear a life jacket.
* There is no bathroom on board, so please take care of any needs before departure.
* If a customer cancels a tour due to their own circumstances, a cancellation fee will incur.
* Booking changes will have a fee of 200 JPY per change per person.
