Northern European Mugs from Finland-Kukusa Making Experience
Would you like to make an authentic Finnish mug, Kukusa, in Mihuka, Hokkaido?

Kukusa is a wooden mug that originated in Finland, and is said to bring happiness to the person who receives it.

In Scandinavia, they are made from birch boughs, but in the northern Hokkaido area, they are made from wood such as locally grown Ezo spruce.

BASIS Kukusa, made with a craft knife and a paper file, is a standard item for the northern Hokkaido outdoors.

It is recommended for both personal use and as a souvenir.
